CLOSE ENOUGH CLOCK..........An extremly cool addition to your desktop. Think George Jetson.....(freeware).....GO THERE!


CPU MONITOR and DIAL UP NETWORKING MONITOR..........Both these programs are available from the same site. The CPU monitor is a program which will create a graph in your system tray which constantly tells you how many cycles your cpu is burning, i.e., how hard your chip's working. And the Dial Up Networking Monitor will also create a graph which will constantly tell you your internet throughput speed.....(freeware).....GO THERE!


DUNCE..........A really great dial up networking utility. Automatically connects for you and then minimizes the DUN window, highly configurable, and allows you to automatically start other programs after connecting.....(freeware).....GO THERE!


JWS MASS EMAILER.....Looked a long time to find one of these for free, and this one does the job, small list or large.....(freeware).....GO THERE!


KATIE SCROLL BROWSER..........You've got to get this--It takes Internet Explorer, and changes it so you can open multiple pages at once, all in a single multi-paned screen, or any way you want to configure it. Also lets you open whole pre-set groups of pages at once. Microsoft should have thought of this.....(freeware).....GO THERE!


NAPSTER..........Though it's not a shell extension, it's such a great internet utility, I've got to bring your attention to it. It's for downloading MP3's. And it seems to be hassle free--no porn ads, no ratios, no ftp. Instead, the program makes your computer part of the "Napster Community" and makes your MP3's available to others in the community at the same time as it makes theirs available to you. I've just spent the afternoon downloading music. Try it out.....(free--beta).....GO THERE!


SPINNER.......... The greatest Internet Utility I've found yet! Music--hundreds of types--streaming straight to you.....(freeware).....GO THERE!
